Need: A local plant engineer needed a quick turnaround on a unique hose length with specialized fittings that could accommodate high temperature application. Their international supplier had the assembly available, but with a multi-month lead time.

Solution: We came out to the facility same day to evaluate the application. After sourcing the correct fitting, we paired it with our heat resistant gaskets and a hose assembly able to handle higher temperatures. Our team brought all the material in-house, assembled it in our fabrication shop, and delivered it to the plant engineer within a week. 

Result: Finding the right solution was not a one stop shop, but the additional effort allowed our customer to avoid compromising on a costly short-term solution while they waited for a long lead time delivery from their international supplier.
